Gambling Research Exchange Ontario

Project Overview

Gambling Research Exchange Ontario (GREO) was formerly known as Ontario Problem Gambling Research Centre (OPGRC), an organization established in 2000, with a mission to enhance the understanding of problem gambling and strengthen treatment and prevention practice through research.

In 2013, OPGRC changed its mandate to focus on knowledge translation and exchange and in April 2015, OPGRC refreshed its visual identity and relaunched as “Gambling Research Exchange Ontario” to accentuate its new focus on KTE – Knowledge Translation & Exchange.

The VerticalWave Solutions developers and designers worked close with the GREO team to ensure the website is well structures, user friendly and secure. Since the GREO website is complex and hosts extensive research, this was a two-stage mission: re-structure of the website architecture and its contents and implementation of a new, modern and responsive design. The VerticalWave Solutions team also provides ongoing support and maintenance for the GREO website, ensuring that everything works in the optimal parameters.
